Frank Barclay was a bomber pilot in Burma. He was secretary of the RAAF Association for many years and invited on many occasions to the Spitfire Association's ANZAC Day and AGM Luncheons. He enjoyed himself so much in our company that when he stood down as Secretary of the RAAFA he joined our Association as an Associate member and he also recommended that his friend and Qantas pilot, Lindsay Lobwein join.

He was a great help during his term as Secretary of the RAAFA especially with placing us in our position in the ANZAC Day March and getting us into other activities eg. we were represented in the 1995 Australia Remembers Parade and other big events.

Frank was invited to be a member of the Spitfire Association's Executive Committee for some years.
