Native of New South Wales, known to his mates at Tommy. Commissioned in Summer 1942. Wounded in combat on 28 Th June 1943 and withdrawn from operations. No more operational postings and discharged RAAF in May 1945.

Two confirmed victories, one being shared, No 457 Squadron Darwin 1943.
